Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We are responsible for what we sell.
Megha Garg Clothing believes in the quality of its products and in customer satisfaction to the possible extent, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 4hrs of placing an order. However the cancellation order will not be entertained if the order has been initiated for the process of shipping.

Refund Policy:

We are committed to provide our customers complete satisfaction. We strive to enhance the shopping experience of our customers, while providing the best quality products. In order to ascertain equipollent, we are always trying and disposed to go the extra mile for our customers. In case you are unsatisfied with the product received, we request you to contact our team at 09830488282 / 09007495092 (10 AM to 7 PM IST on weekdays) or you can mail to us at info@meghagarg.com and we shall revert back to you at the earliest.  We do not provide a exchange or refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be altered for fit if they meet our terms and conditions.
We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.  We may accept returns for alteration only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be altered only if they are returned in their original packaging.

However, goods once sold can only be altered for fit if they meet our following terms and conditions:

1. The product(s) should be purchased only from www.meghagarg.com and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
2. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted for alterations and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/Products delivered without tags.
3. Where provided, belts and any other packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
4. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
5. Aleration request should be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
6. Product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed.
7. There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
8. All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
9. Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s).
10. Product(s) should reach us in the same condition as received.
11. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged.
12. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.  Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
13. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
14. In case of any return for alteration, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
